2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and pricing are accurate.

Please note:

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
Packaging, ribbons and decorative items may differ slightly depending on availability.
Where an advertised product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall quality and appearance of the gift box.

4. Custom Orders

Done By Jess specializes in customized gifting.

For personalized orders:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate spelling, wording, names, dates and artwork.
Once production has commenced, personalized orders cannot be cancelled or amended.
Personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Any promotional pricing is valid only for the advertised promotional period.

6. Payments

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment has not been successfully received.

7. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Done By Jess reserves the right to decline or cancel any order where:

Products are unavailable;
Pricing errors have occurred;
Fraudulent activity is suspected;
Payment cannot be verified.

If payment has already been received, an appropriate refund will be processed where applicable.

8. Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within the estimated turnaround times published on our website.

Delivery is completed through our courier partner.

Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Done By Jess is not liable for courier delays once parcels have been collected for delivery.

9. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Done By Jess is not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses supplied by customers;
Failed deliveries due to unavailable recipients;
Additional courier fees resulting from incorrect information.

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Customers are encouraged to read that policy before placing an order.

Branding
Product photographs
Product descriptions
Graphics

remains the property of Done By Jess and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written consent.

Done By Jess shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Floods;
Fire;
Load shedding;
Civil unrest;
Government restrictions;
Pandemics;
Courier disruptions.

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
